There are lots of valuable things that you can learn under HUMSS track, it is very applicable in our daily lives scenario wherein we encounters lots of issues in ourselves and in the society. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which is extremely significant in our society, is one of the most significant things we can study in this course. You'll also understand about your socio - cultural and political rights as a citizen in the Philippines and etc. One of the most interesting topics under this strand is the study about the power of the mind and how it will affect our behaviors this is very essential in-order for us to understand other people, to understand mental health concerns and etc.Aside from all of these you will also discover the fields and branches of social science and applied social sciences.

It provides new opportunities, assists in the removal of negative customs, provides knowledge of many cultures and languages, encourages creativity, and helps you become a responsible citizen.
Humanities will also aid in your understanding of things, especially people. It will significantly enhance your ability to understand both written and spoken language, allowing you to communicate more effectively.
It can aid in the development of self-esteem and confidence.
